No matter where you are in the world, the moon is never bigger than your thumb.

It is essential that we care enough about other people to notice the details that make them who they are. I absolutely love it when someone notices a small detail about me. I try to remember at least one detail about every person I meet even if I don't even remember their name. Its easy to remember what a person enjoys doing or maybe their favorite chocolate. You never know when this might be important. Maybe they are having an off day and need something to cheer them up. People love to feel important and when you remember something about them you instantly can create a better relationship with them. Next time you meet someone try and remember a detail about them. Sometime later mention it to them and watch their reaction. I promise it will make them feel better and you will begin to form a better relationship with that person.

A Search for Happily Ever After

Almost every TV show, book, or movie points to a happily ever after. This is something that every human being wants. We as a people love happy endings. We love it when the good guys win and the guy gets that special girl. We all are the authors of how our stories will end. There is a book keep but, He lets us write our stories page by page. Sometimes He doesn't let us have as many pages as we want or He adds things to our stories. As I am currently writing my story I wonder what the next page will hold. What lies within the next few chapters of my book. These are questions that I don't have an answer for because I can only take it one page at a time. There are people close to me that I hope will remain in my book for many chapters to come however they can easily become forgotten or erased. I hope my book has a happily ever after. Only time will tell as I write one page at a time.

Girl of My Dreams

A few nights ago I had a dream about meeting the perfect girl that made me feel so special. It's funny because I probably woke up with grin on my face. This is probably something that has been on my mind for quite a while. One of my biggest desires right now is to find that special someone. Who is she? She may not be perfect in the worlds standards but, she will be perfect for me. She will be someone that loves the Lord and wants an eternal marriage in His house. She will love me for who I am but, make me want to be a better person. She will be my partner in everything. We will work together to form a family. She will be by my side as we serve in the Lords church. I don't expect her to be perfect but, I know that she will always be perfection in my eyes. I will do all that I can to show her that I love her so that she never doubts it.

Words that go Unspoken

There are many things that go unspoken. Many things we wish to keep to ourselves because the people around us maybe just are not ready to hear what we have to say or maybe we don't have people we trust enough to tell them. Most of the time these are things that are in our hearts or that we hold near to us. everyone has secrets that they keep. Everyone has desires or hopes upon shooting stars. We all have a dream of what the future will be like. We hope for things that will come. Many of these hopes keep is going from day to day.

What do we seek?

Everyone has a desire that they seek after. What do we want or hope to achieve by doing a given thing. Sometimes it's as simple as enjoying a persons company or the good feeling of helping a person. Everything we do has a consequence/reward. Why do I go to work instead of hanging out with the friends. The answer is simple. I need the money that I recieve by working even though I do enjoy the company of my friends. We have to make choices that in return decide the consequence or reward of what we recieve through the given choice. It's important to check yourself and ask what is it that I want and what is most important to me? I ask this question often. I have many desires and many hopes. I know where I want to end up but, the path to get there is unknown to me sometimes. I've learned that it's important to walk blindly relying on the Creator of the Universe. He is the Creator of the Plan and He knows me better than I know myself. He knows what is best for me. When I think about what I desire most it's important that I let Him know and ask Him if this is a worthy desire.
